Privacy policy
This site, renzier.com, is operated by Jon Bearson, a licensed real estate agent with Keller Williams St. Pete (Arrivato Homes). Questions: Jon.Bearson@KW.com or 727-230-9999.
What I collect
- What you enter in a form: name, email, phone, property address or building, and your message. If you request the buyer checklist, your email (and first name, if given).
- The page you submitted from and, if you arrived from an ad or link, the label on that link (for example, which ad campaign).
- Anonymous site-usage events, such as which page you landed on and which buttons you clicked, tied to a random visit code that expires when you close the browser tab. These are kept on this site for up to 120 days to improve it, and contain no name, email or IP address.
- Basic technical data our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes to deliver and protect the site.
How I use it
To respond to your request, provide real estate services you ask about, and follow up with you. Your information is stored in the customer relationship management system (Follow Up Boss) that I use with my team.
Calls and text messages
If you check the consent box, I may call and text you at the number you gave about your request, including automated texts. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
Mobile phone numbers and text-message consent are not shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
Sharing
I do not sell your information. It is shared only with service providers that help operate this site and my business (such as hosting, CRM and messaging providers), or when required by law.
Advertising measurement
This site may use advertising measurement tags (for example, from OpenAI or Google) to count visits and form submissions from ads. These tags do not receive the contents of your form.
